Looking at a computer screen can make our eye muscle work extra hard. But don’t worry anymore, because I have some tips for you to make your eye not too tired in looking at computer screen. Here they are :
1. Make your monitor being about 50 cm from your eyes
2. Put your monitor lower than your eyes
3. Make your monitor to have 10 or 20 degree from a vertical wall so you can easily look at it
4. Put your monitor on you desk, don’t put it on your CPU
5. Try to put your monitor and keyboard in an oriented way, it is useful to decreasing the tension of your neck
